Megan Monahan is a renowned meditation expert, speaker, and author dedicated to making mindfulness practical, empowering, and transformative.

Trained by Deepak Chopra and grounded in more than 15 years of experience, Megan developed her signature approach by blending ancient teachings with modern insights in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindset work.
